I have a new Zforce 500 and would like a windshield for it. I will do some trail riding and use for hunting in snow and rain. Would a half windshield work best of a full one?
I bought a CFM half windshield with mine and although there are many out there that like a 1/2-shield, I wasn't one of them. Didn't stop much, always too dirty to see through, got just as wet in the rain as without it, the edge was always right in my view and the CFM plastic distorted things....and it scratched super easy. It now sits on the shop floor. I bought a SuperAtv flip windshield and never been happier. Solid protection from the BS when you want it, open when you want the air or when it's real dirty....and doesn't scratch easy. Costs a few more bucks but why you get is worth it...IMO.
