2017 CFORCE 500S top end rebuild question

Hi,

I am looking to buy a used 2017 CFORCE 500S that has low compression at 80psi. I was wondering if I can rebuild the top end of the engine in the frame? Do I have to remove the engine from the frame to remove the cylinder and head?
