Anyone know how difficult it is to replace the water pump or water pump seal on the Zforce 800 ? I am getting a drip from the hose on the bottom but more than normal so I assume the seal is shot

The short answer is that it is involved, but not difficult if you are mechanically inclined.

Agreed. Someday I will have to do mine but for now I have avoided it by changing to a good coolant and adding 1/3-cup of this water pump lubricant. If the imperfections on the seal surfaces are small enough, this fills them and stops the fluid migration. But know if it is damaged or those imperfections are too large, it won't work.
