2016 CFMOTO ZFORCE 800 Coolant flow diagram
« on: January 02, 2021, 02:51:00 PM »
I am installing an Aqua Hot 200 heater in the cab of my ZForce 800 for plowing - the directions say the diverter valve needs to go in the radiator hose that goes from the engine to the Radiator but I cant find any diagrams to show which hose that is - It seems to have a single upper hose but the lower looks like it splits ?

Any help would be appreciated

Automotive cooling systems always have the hot..or the "From Engine" going to the top side of a radiator and the cooled coolant going back to the engine from the lower side of the radiator. And it just so happens that the cooled coolant hose returns straight to the water pump where it gets it's supply to push back through the jacket and back to the radiator. So, this is the return line..the one you DON'T want:

This is the both of them. You want the "Hot" one:
