Hi All I have just bought a 2013 cfmoto650tr with no ecu on it as apparently the early models were prone to this. Has anyone any ideas where to source one from? there are loads on ebay for the NK or MK models not sure if they are compatible? I have read that an upgrade was available but not sure where to purchase from any help would be amazing.
Only just joined so thanks for letting me in & hope to chat to anyone soon.

Reason it doesnt have one is it was sent off to a ECU repairer & they went into Liquidation so it never came back so unfortunately I dont have any part numbers or anything for it if anyone can help with part numbers that would also be amazing.

What does your local CF Moto dealer have to say? Just a guess but I suspect it’s going to be hard to find a used one

I have tried phoning Bike treads at Swindon sadly the parts Dept never answer the phone I only picked up the 650tr this Saturday just gone so still trying various enquiries nothing forthcoming yet though. I think a 2nd hand one is going to be rarer than rocking horse poo?
Depending on the price may have to buy new. I have seen one on Aliexpress for £302 but apparently still have to get it coded to put it on?

Looking for a new one would be my best advice. I have tried a couple of Aliexpress ones and they do not run as well as the CFmoto ones. Do you have a central importer in your area that could be contacted?

 Hi tried Cf moto dealer at swindon & was quoted about £987 +vat which is a bit much nothing else local to bristol

I don't think there would be any difference between NK or your MT.
