has anyone put a Warn on a CForce 800? When I get mine I'm going for it, just wondering if I should expect to re-wire or if I can reuse the stock wiring for a Vantage 4000 on it (eg is the guage big enough and relay rated high enough)

Hi all,

So the Warn Vantage 4000 is too wide for the CForce 800. There is a ~3" oblong hole in the front of the CForce where the winch cable goes through. The fairlead and spool are wider on the 4000 and I worried that using the stock fairlead would spool the winch improperly in the middle so I didn't go for the install. I have  a Vantage 2000 on King Quad that I'm going to attempt to install on the CForce and then install the Vantage 4000 on the King Quad.

Thanks,
David

Let me know if you do try this out. I have a Warn 2500 or 3500 in the garage since 2011 - I forget since its been years now - that I pulled from my wrecked Polaris Sportsman 700. I'd like to see if I could mount it to the rear hitch on a z800 and have a removable rear winch which seems like it would benefit me under certain situations.

I know this is off topic. But I see you have the radiator relocated on yours. How does this affect getting to your fuses and relays?
