water in clutch sleeping....

is their a gasket cover cluth in rubber instead of metal. because metal not seal

is their a gasket cover clutch in rubber instead of metal. because metal not seal, the first time, the water go over the step foot. the strap start to sleep few second after.. then i got stock in the water in the middle of the trail  :-[ ... plan B is to put gasket maker all over the metal gasket... do you have a other idea or solution...

The cober is metal as well as the gasket because it must always align correctly and solidly for the CVT primary shaft outer bearing. They don't usually leak..but you can out some RTV on it when assembling it. Make sure the plug in the bottom is installed. And..double-check if the water getting in isn't coming from the CVT exhaust which is very low.
