Vehicle arriving in crate.
« on: October 17, 2015, 06:17:10 AM »
Hi All,
Was wondering if anyone out there has any information on PDI checks and assembly details as my new ATV CForce 800 will be arriving from the distributor in a crate. I have a enthusiastic knowledge, DIY standard of machanics.

Any info will be welcome.

Thanks
Steve.  :)

There's not much to assemble on these. Front shocks & wheels, Rear rack, rear back rest, and adjusting the handlebars. Make sure when you add the acid to the battery you let that sit for about 6 hours before you put it on a charger, and only then, put it on a trickle charger. Dont put the cap on the battery until its charged and ready to go.

You'll have to remove the aluminum skid plates to get that blue plastic off. Make sure when you put them on you use lock tight to prevent them from vibrating out. Go through all the suspension bolts and make sure they are tight. Lock-tight anything you find loose.
