Oil leak from diff

Hey not for me this time my dad has the x8 and has noticed leakage of diff oil coming somewhere from the bottom now it's not much but do you think it could be a broken seal? And if so are the seals the same for the utv/atv because that's all he can find on internet cheers

Guts and seals will all be the same,
