Electronic Power Steering

I have brand new 2016  cforce 800 and EPS doesn't function. just brought home from dealership. anyone have any clue as to what could have happened? I checked the fuses and relays - all good.

No but it needs to go back. Pretty tough EPS units so it's probably just a loose electric connector somewhere.
