This will be some insight into build info and parts swapping on my 2019. This will back date to 2014 bikes also but with some small changes here and there. Z force and U force will also apply to the drive line as many parts are shared!

This is a 50" wide ATV, the brochure doesnt say this but its actually 50" wide, this is very stable! with the stiff-ish stock springs it handles well. The springs arent bad just a little high in rate, if your looking for improvements read on!

Current changes: spring swap, polaris lock and ride attachement, clutching, carry box, tires and coming soon a dynojet tuner and exhaust!

So the beginning, it was stock but I noticed the ride was a little harsh. After some measuring and calculating I determined the size and rates of a polaris sportsman 570 touring model will work. With a little trimming of the rear multirate spring it slid right on the shock body. Fronts required no modification. The preload tried multiple settings and found i personally liked full stiff preload front and rear. This allowed the suspension to sit at 80% extended without a rider and 70% with a 200lbs rider on board. Pretty close to the sweet spot.

Spring swap is done, now tires...these Abuzz tires are...ok there very thin and light which is great for performance but snow traction is absolutely horrible. Loose terrain in general and mud traction is great. Rocks...average. Overall there decent tires actaully there just hard compounded and require very low pressures to get any flex for rocks. So I decided Im gonna stuff the largest tire I can on! I took a few measurements and found 30" tires would work, but I couldnt do the width I wanted so I settled on 29-9 front and 29-11 rear. There SunF A033, essentually a maxxis bighorn clone and let me tell you, its not...but they do work good so far in all conditions including snow, this was more of a factor for me for plowing and deep snow riding. Overall for the money they work. These are mounted on stock wheels which are 14x7 front with 5+2 and backs are 14x8 with 6+2. Essentually the front and rear trackwidth is the same from rim face to rim face.

There is a Kolpin box on the front for carrying things around like a chainsaw and straps. Whats really cool is CFMOTO made a clone of the Canam and polaris quick connect systems and combined them. Some accessories work, some dont. I run the Kolpin Grips for a polaris lock and ride, there a single bushing expansion system that fits on the rack holes. Can am uses a similar attachment but its more oval shaped.

A few other little changes are I took the fender flares off due to width issues, and to me the handlebar guards are very strange looking. So I flipped them upside down and body line wise it matches better and generally just looks better. More canam like!

FUTURE: working on a powercommander 5 tuner and tunes for 800cc engines, and exhaust slip on system. The headers are built well, there is a cataylist on these, they dont really take away any power so im gonna leave it since it does cut down on the smell of fuel in the exhaust. If it were to come apart though Id cut it out bur for now it doesnt hurt anything, the header size and angles are great the restriction is the exhaust. After some digging I found a company who did a slip on for a 2016 and the exhaust alone gained 8HP at the tires without tuning anything! It appeared the cat was in place. I want to dyno mine in the future as development goes!

So after some testing id like to introduce the Dyno Jet powercommander 5 is in fact accepted to work on the 800 engines! This means all Uforce, Zforce and Cforce 800s can run this! there all programmed the same AS LONG as you've got the Delphi MT05 ECU as pictured. There is no changes from 2014-2019 on this controller model so the Dyno Jet PC5 is fully functional!

Benefits of this over EJK is ignition control, this isn't fuel only you can dial in cylinder pressures and exhaust temps. You can import tunes or write your own mapping. Thanks to Autotune (add-on module) you can set the PC5 to auto map the fuel table for you as you drive, just give it a target AFR and it'll slowly change mapping as your cruising along. There is an add on pressure sensor also for boosted applications (I may turbo later this year in the build!!!), launch control if you desire an rpm limiter, raise rev limiter, cold start enrichment, and MULTIPLE TUNES!!! 2 separate tunes can be stored and with the flip of a switch go from eco to race or 87 octane to 116 race fuel. Exhaust or not there is a file that'll work and those that can be purchased

So later this year ill be building a turbo system for the 800, but with that comes belt slip, youve probably already read about the "reclock" of the secondary which is essentually preloading the spring for more tension. There is settings in there to account for changes in power and engagement from belt slip. So the 800 actually makes so much torque that right out of the crate it slips the belt. CVtech did design the clutching but it wasnt final calibrated to the engine, CFMOTO should really. I  found my stock secondary at the lowest setting of B1, so i figured jumping up about 3 should be a good starting point (no i didn't read the thread about it till after i had already figured out the setting threw CVTech themselves) So now at B2 which is 3 up in settings, I found a ton of belt grip and suddenly this 800 engine unleased its torque peak! on dry pavement in 4wd with the locker engaged, a 200lbs rider and 3psi in the tires it will light up all 4 tires for atleast 10-15 feet! Since ive got to 29's and even then it'll shred all 4 out of the hole for about 7-8 feet! For stock weights and primary spring Id suggest going right to C2 (one above B2) and not looking back. Ill have clutch kits coming out soon with weights and springs to keep MPH loss to a minimum. Tightening the secondary will slow your top speed, with a calibrated speedo the CForce 800xc top speed officially is 67MPH out of the box. With a tighter secondary setting itll fall around 64 area. But the acceleration and life of the belt will keep you happy. How often do we go above 50 offroad anyways???

GET YOUR SECONDARY PRELOADED!!! Itll be the biggest change you feel and its literally free to do and easy!

Do you have a video or detailed instructions on how to preload the secondary? I've noticed that my power seems off and the other day I was riding, got stuck and burned the belt in low barely giving gas trying to get out. Ordered a new belt but would like to improve belt slip and power. Seems like a win-win.
