Cf 625 4 wd problem
« on: January 18, 2024, 05:18:35 PM »
Hello from iceland

I am having a big problem with newly bought cf moto 625 year 2014.
Since it was bought it has never gone in 4wd. When you push 4wd you hear no relays and the signal on the dashboard stays in 2 wheel. But if you push lock button the image on the dash starts showing front wheels and lock, you hear one relay click but the actuator never shows signs of live. I have replaced the buttons on the steering wheel, relays and at last the actuator. When i plugged the actuator in it started moving, so i pushed lock button and it mooved again, but when i tried to take the lock off it never moved again. I have tried to find wire problems but with no luck.
What should i look for next, i feel like this is a mission impossible.
When i started digging around in the bike i saw someone had tried to remove the actuator so this is not something new in the quad.

I need help!!

I replaced the actuator. It drives one way, but does not drive back

Hey, iam new here and looking for help, i have similiar problems, but i have no reaction from The relays, do somebody know what The problem is? I have checked The relays and they Are good. Can it be The ecu or just bad Connection somewhere? Kind regard from Norway
