Hi All,

Just a quick question or two.  How have you dealt with break-in where the manual indicates no more than half throttle for the first 10 hours and no more than 3/4ths throttle for hours 10-20.  Is there a better measurement I can use?  Does half throttle equate to RPMs by any chance?  3000 RPMs constitute 1/2 throttle for example?

I woldn't use maximun rpm or maximum throttle. Don't rev it to high and don't use full throttle in the begining and use your head and don't push the machine to the limit.

Half throttle can be more than 3000rpm and 3000rpm are not so much rpm in an atv. Maximum rpm is about 7000-7800rpm.
