2020 500 eps idles too low and stalls out, then hard to restart, this alwas happens after riding for 20 or 30 min or so, any ideas. let it sit a couple of hors and its fine, and before you ask the temps are reading normal when this happens.

May be a stuck tank check valve. Next time it does it loosen the gas cap. If that fixes it replace the check valve...well it should be under warranty still.
