I have no power in my USB plug or my 12 v outlet.  I presume there's a a plug for these under dash, and they're not linked to a fuse in the panel?   I can't find anything on them or a wiring schematic for them and where / how they're supplied. Haven't pulled them / removed panels yet, but was wondering if anyone has come out across issue like this.

They would be on one of the two Acc fuses in the distribution box. Probably just a blown fuse.

Thanks for the help.  But I don't seem to have an acc fuse in my box. Here's a pic of the fuse box from the manual (and mine in the bike shows the same).

No, strangely everything else works fine.  I'm leaning towards a connection issue, but putting off stripping the panels off because it looks like a pain in the @$$!  Lol!

Man built it man can fix it. Go for it just take your time. It will be beneficial to do so you learn about your ride.
