Where did you get the plate and how much?  I'm ready to protect mine since I have already lost a front boot cover.

They're very reasonable compared to others, and I love it. I did some beach running, and the factory stuff just kept pockets of mud in it. I did a light hosing with the SPOP plate, and it came clean. I've posted a video on here and YouTube. Had to put in my own screw holes for the runners, but that wasn't really a chore, everything else lines up like a champ. They're also in the vendor section on this site. They're around 450 plus 30 for shipping on AMAZON, but I believe we get a deal if you go directly to them and mention this forum.

You want the one that says 550 It's virtually the same. Just have to add the holes I put in the video. 10mm(?) nuts is what is backing them. Take a nut with you and ensure you get the right size. Their kit uses the T30 bit.

 Finally getting a chance to post some pictures about the skid plate I put on a few weeks ago. The install went fairly smooth. However I did have to redrill the holes on both front swingarm plates. The factory whole alignment had it rubbing on the lower swingarm pivot point and was not flush against the swing arm. you can see in the photos how far off it was. Other than that all the pre-drilled holes lined up fine. I included some pictures of removing the winch rolers. And even where I made the mistake of putting the middle piece on before the rear piece. So note that the large middle piece should be the last one to go on.

Must have moved, deleted or changed their setting making the links invalid. That's one think about photobucket, you want to make sure the photos are where you are going to leave them before posting links to them. Links don't auto-adjust.
