Hi,
Does anyone know of an aftermarket filter that will work in the 500 HO, or somewhere online that sells OEM? The "local"' dealer is inconvenient for me.

The filter is the same on the 800's, 500 HO and the 400, if that helps. there are treads talking about filters here if you want to read some.

Excellent. Did not realize they were the same on the 3 models. This should make it easier to find. Is the filter the same as the non HO 500 as well?

No, the non HO is a spin on filter and a different engine design.
