Yesterday a bunch of us went for a ride and when we stopped alot of there Fans where running .  These are can am, polaris , etc..  But come to think of it I dont think I have ever heard my Fan come on.  Its a 2018 500ho cforce and I want to say it was about 4 bars maybe.  Also is the screw behind the throttle a governor stop??

Fan should come on at the high-end of three bars so should have been on at 4. Check the thermoswitch unless you have a 19 as they don't use them anymore.

ok thanks,  where is the switch located? And is the fan loud enough I should hear it running like other quads

If it has one, it will be on the radiator and yes, you should hear it if it's on.

NWK, Thank you for your knowledge on these machines ..  I have 500 miles on this machine and have never heard the fan come on once.

Wow...maybe yours is the exception. In 500 miles if it wasn't it should have overheated a few times.
