If I understand correctly, the head on the bolt that holds the primary clutch on broke off and what is left is stuck in there?

Sorry for my English.
You understand correctly.
So I can get out what's left inside (Inside the shaft)I think I have to pull out the fixed pulley and I do not know how.
Thank you very much!

The primary bolt is left-hand thread. You will have to remove the large nut too. You might have luck with a carbide tipped drill. If it is left hand thread, the drill will bite in and back the bolt out. We have the manual here. They do not mention the left hand bolt until the engine reassembly section. I think there is a puller to get the fixed pulley side off. The bolt is broken inside the crankshaft. I wouldn't bother taking it off unless there is enough of the bolt sticking out of the end of the shaft to grab with a vice grips.

Hello,
The bolt broke when I tried to unscrew it in the right direction(left hand thread). The bolt has become more and more difficult to unscrew until it has broken.
I took out the large nut and the drive pulley, but 3/4 of the screw stayed inside the shaft.
I want to check if it can be removed from crankshaft but I have to remove the primary fixed pulley, and I do not know how to remove this pulley.
This screw that has broken, tighten the fixed pulley ??? or just secure the large nut being screwed into the crankshaft???
Thank you

I don't have the same primary clutch as you, so I'm not 100% sure. My guess would be the nut holds on the plate and the long bolt holds the whole thing to the shaft. All the clutch pullers I have used were either just a long bolt that threaded into the end of the clutch or a plug with a bolt in the center. You might see threads inside the clutch shaft where the long bolt went through. This is for the puller. Should look like this. Cfmoto did have some that were different. Left hand thread instead of regular.

Hello,

I do not see threads inside the clutch shaft where the long bolt went through.
I think that is another way to remove primary fixed pulley.....It is possible to remove the cvt case without removing the fixed pulley.
If possible they can access the pulley and implicitly the bolt...

Anyone knows about this possibility???

I would call a dealer. They should be able to tell you what puller you need or they might have some for sale

:(, hello you  defenitively have a big problem here, I suggest you search for a mechanic assistance, since the bolt is overtigthen and broke inside its thread. You will need to drill the broken bolt and find a left hand thread puller, wich will also hard because the overtighten bolt. If you want to do it yourself I suggest you hit the primary clutch shaft CAREFULLY side to side over the shaft to get the eccentric seat loose. Maybe with the help of a 3 leg puller to get access to cranckshaft end where the bolt is thightend. Here you have to drill the rest of the broken bolt to use the left handed puller and see if you where able to get it loose

Those extractors will not work. The bolt was left hand thread. Turn clockwise to remove. I think a drill will work. They turn clockwise and when it bites in, it will back the bolt out. I use left hand drill bits to remove regular bolts often.

I have an idea. Use the nut and a thick washer. Put that on. Get a rod that is larger than the bolt but still fits in the hole. Cut to length just below face of shaft. Use 3 jaw puller on washer and rod.

Sorry, but I do not understand the operating principle of your idea Cosmosdan🙁
I called the dealer yesterday, but they do not know how to remove the fixed pulley from this model(They told me it's the same as at cf 500, but it is not!!).
In my opinion the variant would be if I could loosen the fixed pulley and then have access to the bolt. Then use the drill to loose the large bolt left in shaft.
I do not know how to loosen the fixed pulley from the shaft to get access to the back of the bolt.

Somebody knows If i loosen the secondary pulley, can remove the cvt house?(1 on the figure)

Thank you for your advice!

The 3 jaw puller as Cosmosdan draw is the same idea in my mind to remove the rest of the primary, you could try to hit the end of the primary shaft with a wood hamer side to side to loosen the conical seat of the primary putting some pressure to pull it foward. I thing the drill will not work, the bolt is over tighten making it difficult to get loose. Good thing that bolt isen't very hard, so it easy to drill. There are right and left bolt extractor on good tool stores, pictures where just a reference. Try to contact a mechanic that is related with mills and lathes, he will no how to do this.
Best ;luck

Found this tools, it will depend how tighten the bolt are to see if this will help you, if not the left hand extractor.
