Bolt-on Power Gains
« on: September 03, 2021, 09:57:26 PM »
On my 2018 Cforce 500 HO, I put a Uni 2 stage high flow air filter NU-8703ST with a K&N 22-8016PK precharger, a Whisky bent 90 degree exhaust tip and a Fischer Brothers Attitude Box Fuel Controller. It accelerates noticeably faster to any one who rides it. I didn't dyno tune it and it will never be faster than larger displacement machines. I clocked my CVT at A1 (25 degrees) so it would cruise slow yet still have some top end. Running stock tires. It worked well on my machine. I have no idea if it will give you the gains you are looking for. Install was easy, it took a little extra time to plug in the fuel controller. It's finally running the way I thought it should have from the factory.

Interesting,
so the fisher tuner is always plugged in as you drive as a throttle commander type item?

Yes , it comes on when you with the key and you can adjust it when it is running. I wanted something quick, easy and something I could adjust on the fly. This is the first one I bought for an ATV, no idea how it rates against the others.

Cool, thanks for the info.  Might try the tuner if I can't get my cold weather starting issue resolved.
