Do all 1000 Overlands have limited slip differentials?

Do all 1000 overlands have limited slip differentials?

The only reference I can find for this is an Australian site, but Australia has new safety regulations in place for quads that don't apply elsewhere in the world and the advertising over there specifically mentions limited slip diffs.
I'm in Spain and the Spanish version of CFMOTO website doesn't mention limited slip diffs.

Can I tell by looking at my diff whether it is a limited slip version?

Only in some EU countries. There are none in the US and I doubt Canada. If it has one it will also have an electric solenoid on the side to lock and unlock it where the others will always be locked. Also, if one is offered in any model, that countries version of the parts breakdown will show it in the parts list breakdown. For the US is shows the "No Differential" version.

Curious why you would say this?  Why do you think they ARE NOT limited slip?

I say the above because.... these units have the 4x4 Locker selection.   That would indicate that normal 4x4 is limited slip.

I've seen pics of one once. No disk packs..no cones..in other words no limited slip parts..just locked or unlocked like the Polaris's they copied. Not saying they changed things from 2022s in 23 but.. it's not likely. Some like the 550 below have auto-locking like the pic below ..and it looks as though it may/would provide some limited slip because of the disks...and it may, but they say it only locks and unlocks under load. Besides, you are in the US so you will never get one. At least to my knowledge no one has been able to get one shipped to the US so far anyway.  All we get is the standard carrier.

Looks like it has some but it's hard to tell:

EU overlands and cforce1000 in general come with lsd on the rear OR manual locking diff like the front but NO solid axle like the us.
Mine is a 2023 model cforce 1000 and it has an lsd on the rear diff. I must admit its a bit annoying.
Attached is a no diff diagram and the clutch pack/lsd diff.

I might convert mine to a solid axle like the US spec.
Swapping the clutch pack for the 21 numbered part that bolts on the ring gear is the only difference as far as i can tell from the part numbers.

You should be able to do that. Funny..many here in the US wish they could have a limited slip or locker like the EU has.

Its an easy install and i dont need turf mode as you call it (or polaris calls it that dunno).
All my machines so far had no rear diff, never had a problem.
Lsd rear diff kills 2wd off roading, especially low speed obstacle traversing, the machine hesitates on every obstacle while one rear wheel starts spining till the lsd engages then the machine goes.
Very annoying, the first time i thought something was broken lol.

edit: Not to mention that my part costs 6 times as much, if i end up doing the surgery ill put it up for sale.

Interesting...   My CForce 1000 has the 4x4 Lock selection as well.   Which would lead me to believe that 'standard' 4x4 is limited slip.

.......
A quick test would be to jack the rear off the ground and in neutral and 2wd, get someone to hold one tire while you turn the other. If one will turn and not the other...you have the that limited slip. Otherwise you just have what we all have- front engagement and its diff locker.

I am considering doing the swap and the selling the lsd part, it goes for about 1000usd (new) !!
Anyone knows if after swapping the two parts i need to reshim the diff?
I've got no idea where to measure backlash on these diffs, cant measure on the ring teeth as on car diffs.
I wont touch the pinion gear so only backlash might be aproblem, but i have to get right other wise i'll blow the diff for sure.
