Just thought I would share this, yesterday me and my son went out in my buggy and the engine temp started to rise above the 3 bars so our trip was cut short, I assumed it was the thermo switch that had failed again so before I fitted the new one I thought I would test to make sure the fan was working.
I fitted a jumper wire across the connector and the fan was not working, checked the fuse which was ok so I refitted it and now the fan is working again. I wonder if there maybe a small issue with the contacts in the fuse box.

There may be. Those mini-fuses are known to have connection problems in other applications...that's why so few use them. I also think there is something with the relay coil as well, pulling to much power..which not only kills the thermos switch but also may add to the fuse connection issues in the box...and we all know CFM doesn't use the best electrical parts...lol
