Looks like the ones NMKawierider used.  Will this help the squeaking?

Same as mine. I found that the bar size on the Moto is slightly larger then these were designed for and as such, they tend to bind a bit over time without lube. So, I pulled mine and..."helped them"..wear in a bit with a round file. Just enough that they moved freely on the bar without pressure. Didn't take much. I should probably put that note in the How To on these. :)

iec- Yes, it has a split on one side to open it and slide it over the bar. It is a little tough but it does work.
