O2 sensor

I'm get 0031 and 0131 error code and can't find the issue. Any help on how to test the o2 sensors.

I think the test is in the manual...and you can get it here free. Its under 800/800EX

Thanks I will go thru it again I may have missed it. Does anyone know of a cross over o2 sensor?
