I just want to toss in there that I also had a problem with it coming out of low under load and found that the detents on the shifter do not exactly line up with the transmission's detents...at least on my 2015 they didn't. What I ended up doing was adjusting the linkage to that it was as close as possible starting in the center detent..natural I believe.. then in low I "adjusted" that detent's edge so it is well locked-in after ensuring the transmission's detent(s) were solidly in place because.. those are the ones that really matter.
