Yup Im running it in my bike.  To be more specific im running the LC2.  Its a pretty simple set up.  Weld in the bung for the 02 sensor and connect up the power to the computer module.  Hook up a gauge.  You have to calibrate the 02 sensor and your all done.  What problems or questions do you have about it?

The question I had was attaching the the yellow wire to the ecu. Did you attach to the pin 5? I think it's a orange and white wire. Where did you end up welding your bung. Any pics you have would be great. Thanks for getting back to me.

I am not tied into the ECU with my LC-2.  The factory ECU is a narrow band system that is not capable/not good at handling the wide band system that you need.  So my LC-2 is used strictly as an Air/Fuel gauge.  I dont have any pictures but I put the bung in after the 2 cylinder pipes come together (best for a single sensor set up) and just before the muffler.  The factory ECU also does not have the control to move the fuel mixture enough to compensate for the addition of a freer flowing exhaust and air filter so a fuel controller is needed.  Right now as far as I know there are 2 options.  The Power Commander and the EJK.  The PC is quite a bit more expensive but offers finer detailed control.  The EJK is simpler to use and cheaper but you dont get quite the fine detail.  I am running the EJK and it seems to do just fine.

chuddly, were did you find the AFR stock configuration? Did you try re calibrating in a stock set up?

I'm considering three WB bungs, one as you described then on each cylinder. I've not asked if anyone knows about the fueling for individual cylinders. I would tune on the lean cylinder if there is one, I wouldn't expect that.

The stock A/F ratio was north of 14 if I remember right (I think it was closer to 14.5) and they do that to pass emissions.  It is well documented that the factory system is a narrow band system.  It just doesnt like the wide band info.  The reality is you should be down around 11.5 to 12.5 on the A/F readings for these motors.  It is possible to control the cylinders individually with the Power Commander I believe but dont quote me on that.  I dont know that THAT MUCH fine tuning is needed.  The only reason you would have a HUGE difference in the 2 cylinders would be if you had some kind of motor issue (bad injector, plug, valve, rings or something)  Other than that they should be VERY close to each other and just a single sensor would do it.  But your money and your machine so do what you want LOL.

Tx's for that info chuddly.

Running in CL it should be in the area of stoich, approx. 14.63 for gas. WOT & Hi load conditions I would expect it to go OL with mapping as you mention 11.5-12.5....maybe not. The fuel box should let us do that & notably power gains should be had, even stock.

I agree both cylinders should run similar AFR's, had not planned to try & tune individually. My thought process is if one cylinder is normally leaner, not due to any mechanical issue's. Tune based on that.
