Checked alpha sports and SATV
Alpha is my local dealer.
SATV stated they don't have axles for the Non EX  this is getting frustrating. Lol
Alpha said 1-2 weeks out

How about parts to fix it..possible? The short/half shafts should be the same as the EX, just the actual axle should be different...I would think. Or is that the part that broke.

I'm not entirely sure what broke I'm thinking the outboard motion side of the axle

I just see that you can buy all the parts individually and thought it was possible maybe the complete axles weren't in stock but parts were. Might as well get the axle out and see what happened anyway.

Never rebuilt an axle before. This should be interesting.. lol first time for everything. Are the cf Moto axles easy to rebuild?

No idea but I see they are like most any other. Can't be that bad. There are videos on them on YT. Here's one:

Nice! Except it was the other side that let go. But I got the jist of it!

If it's the hub side than it will go easy.  That knuckle will just pop off. There is a special pliers for taking the band's off the boot and you can reuse them.
Take the clamps off
Slide the boot back.
Grab the knuckle or what's left of it
Give it a good yank, should be left with just the shaft with a circlip on the end.
Grease up the new knuckle. Red tacky stuff works good if you don't have the gray stuff.
Push the knuckle on, it should lock into place.
Add some extra greaseto the joint and slide boot into place.
Reattach clamps
Done

check the stamping on your axel. Either way, the have both in stock.
