Well, if done right and installed correctly there isn't anything that could make any kind of noise..especially sence the secondary's spring now had even more preload on it. There are a couple of things that could make it have some noise though. The first one that comes to mind is that they didn't seat the primary completely down enough to allow the cam plate to completely set through the splines and bottom out before torquing the retainer. That would leave the base of the clutch loose to make all kinds of noise along with damage the splines on the plate and the shaft. The other thing that may cause some noise is actually not clocking the secondary after positioning the spring in the B & 2 holes...meaning that didn't twist and set the helix onto the ramps before final assembly. This would be noticeable as it would be even weaker then it was at B1 though. Now if that ran it with the cover off, and spun it up, that load without the support of the outer bearing in the cover has been known to destroy the single remaining shaft bearing and/or the one-way clutch...and in turn damage the wet clutch as well. Let's hope that didn't happen...but it is a possibility. Good luck.
