Does anyone know if the coolant in the z8 is water based or waterless coolant ?
2015 Zforce 800, Dr Pulley weights and sliders, Dobeck EJK, Innovate Motorsports AFR gauge,
Custom exhaust outlet, Ramair foam air filter, Led light bars, Modified air intake, CRD a-arm guards

It is water based.

So can I top up with any water based antifreeze/coolant ?

Use a coolant that says "Compatible with any color or all applications" as there is a difference between some colors like Green and Orange and either use the pre-mixed 50/50 or do it yourself. If you do the mixing yourself, use distilled water or water that had gone through reverse osmoses as the minerals in tap water will effect the aluminum and water pump seal over time.
