Will removing the catalytic converter from a Zforce 800 make it run too lean & require a tuner? Also how to get the 3 allen head bolts loose on the muffler tip to clean the spark arrestor, a 4mm allen wrench won't budge them. Thanks

Yes...so leave it alone. Tap straight onto the heads and spray some WD or PB on them.
