Just pulled my left front suspension off.  Top bushings had a lot of slop, bottom was pretty tight.  So, people are going with the RZR 800 kit?

I see.  What's the difference between UHMW, Delrin, and HDPE???

Don't know the specifics between the materials but the only one I know of that lists as self lubricating is Delrin...meaning as it wears it's dust becomes a lubricant. Add that with a good grease and they should last a long time. And I believe it is a harder material then HDPE which would make it a better bearing surface. The OE yellows are so soft they are more like plastic and not only wear fast, but they bind against the sleeve and wear it fast as well. Garage Products makes something that's oil impregnated which may be better but..I have use Delrin on other applications with good results in the past so I'll keep using it....and the price is reasonable. Have not read-up on UHMW yet.

Here's some info on the bushing material.  Sounds like UHMW or Delrin are comparable.  UHMW reportedly cheaper.

I just ordered the front bushing kit from Garage Products.  I contacted them yesterday and they offered a 10% discount code.  So $107 was a bit pricey for just the front (shipping was included), but it looks like a quality product.  I guess I'll know for sure after they're installed and I put 1000 miles on them.

Should be good...and with their plated sleeves move super-smooth. And I hear they made them to fit correctly so no need for glue. Expensive yes, but if they last 8 - 10K miles they will be well worth it.

Well they're in.  It was a biaatch to get the sleeves in.  The bushings were perty darn snug, too.  We'll see how they hold up. 

Well I should clarify 1st that I am new hear!! Only minutes on this forum and trying to figure out how good, bad or what problems these CF's might have.

Having said that. The post on bushing needing replacement as well as non OEM ones begs the question.

How are you riding the machine, in what and to what extent to eat up the bushings?

I currently have a KQ 700 and pulled and grease the original arm bushings, pins adding some zerts and back together. That was about 7000km on it and its past 12000km now with no problems. I don't do mud, or deep water ( max to the foot wells in big trail flooded areas).

Trying to get an understanding on these machines and if there are bad years to be wary off before I decide.

Time to replace the rear a-arm bushings.  3600 miles, and they don't have a ton of play, but when you grease them, ooof. 

Checked Alpha-sports - too expensive.  CFmotousaparts was also about $236 for all the rear a-arm bushings as well.  I checked the Garage Products site, and they no longer offer the Zforce bushings.  Tried contacting them a couple times and no response.  So I checked out Mortch.  Everything with shipping is $98, so I went that route.  They should be here Monday.  Wish I had ordered a belt, but maybe next time.

Edit:  This is from CFmotousaparts.com.  I wonder if these are aftermarket?  $20 for a pair of these, and you need 16 total (8 pairs) to replace the rears.  That's a lot of cash for bushings.  Also, need 4 of the long bushings (second link), which are $30/pair.  And, instead of $5 shipping, they were going to charge me $17.
