What are you guys using for a-arm bushing?

You can use the OEs yellows or the new black OEs but they are a little pricey. I and many others are using the ASRs for the RzR800s. Some need to be adjusted in length and some will need wear-washers on the ends but all will need glued-in because they don't fit tight enough. I went to the extent of knurling mine and they do fit tight now but the knurling gives a path for grease to flow between the bushing and a-arm tube so it still needs gluing just for the sealing it offers. On a side note you can use your OE sleeves with the ASR bushings as long as they are in good shape. I have some vids in the How-To section as well.

It seams that includes both the long ones which may fit the front and the shorter ones which may fit the back. But I'm a bit concerned that the back bushings may be a bit too short than originals.

The package price is also good for how many pieces are included.

Any thoughts?

I have some play in the back knuckle bushings and I intend to replace all bushings with better ones.

I used that set and one other set of just the long ones to do all mine. The rear knuckles are an odd length and I used that extra set of long ones cut down for those. All needed glued in to keep from rotating in the knuckles or a-arms but very happy with the results. I have some videos in the How-Tos on them.

An honest question, what happens when a glued-in bushing itself needs to be changed? Is there a glue that holds well enough to do the deed and yet has a break-away point where it can allow the bushing to be cleanly pressed out or otherwise removed?

In my last video I showed people how they just snap loose. No problem. I use that E6000 from Lowes. Let it dry over night before putting any grease to it though..if its still wet the grease will just push it out between the tube and the bushing..yeah..done that..

- Front A arm upper and lower = 4 pcs - long ones (per wheel)
- Back A arm lower 2 pcs short knuckle articulation + 4 pcs short chassis articulation (per wheel)
- Back A arm upper 2 pcs short chuckles articulation + 2 pcs long chassis articulation (per wheel)

Yep..lower rear a-arms and upper knuckles..12 in all. All the rest take long ones...and the lower knuckles as I recall need long ones cut down some.

Just ordered a set of mixed lengths 20 pcs and a set with 8 long pcs. This should be enough to cover all arm bushings.

For wheel bearing greaser, which model do you guys for front and back bearings?

For wheel bearing greaser, which model do you guys for front and back bearings?

Not sure anyone here has used one. Not really sure what Millimeter the bearing would be. For that matter not sure the CFM style bearing would even work with one of those greasers. 

The bearings should be sealed. I have taken a pick and pulled the seal to get geaese in sealed bearings if dry. If you do it nice, the seal will pop right back on.

Oh... I had the impression that you were using a wheel bearing greaser for maintenance.
I saw on Amazon and eBay different kind of wheel bearing greasers for Polaris RZR 570 / 800 / 1000 and thought you guys use something like this. I remember reading a discussion here followed by a YouTube video showing such a greaser in action.

I don't recall seeing the video. I was interested in how they work and Youtubed it. Looks like it forces grease between the races. If the IDs of the bearings match what they have, might work out.

hey not sure if anyone is interested but www.gpbushings.com makes a-arm bushing kits for the zforce. They are a little pricey but are lifetime warranty.
