Evening guys, what is the secret to removing the bushings out of the a-arms. I am growing more frustrated by the minute. Thank you in advance.

Funny...on most CFMs the a-arm bushings are so loose they just fall out. I had to glue mine to stop them from rotating in the a-arm tube. You only want it to spin on the sleeve.

Otherwise pull the a-arm, slide out the sleeve, with a ling punch reach through from the other side and find the inside edge and gibe it a little tap. You can also grab the outside part with channel locks and give a little twist like I did to some glued ones in one of my videos in the How to section.
