I know this is kind of a small complaint, but i've noticed that after I wash my Z6 the seats hold a ridiculous amount of water. Even when I let it sit in the garage for an extended period of time, I still get a wet ass when riding . Has anyone tried to address this and what did you do?

My lawnmower did this, it is still wet after a year of not being in the rain.... I took a piece of 1/2 inch foam and cut it to fit the seat =) not really a fix... but my ass don't get wet

I'm thinking of trying that Never Wet stuff to see if that helps.

Yeah, they do hold some water, noticed it on mine as well. Can always take the seats out and clean them separately. Power wash the rest. Little extra work but at least the seats are not being water logged.

I always take mine out for this reason.  Rzr seats do the same thing.  I just wipe the seats down with a wet towel.

Mine do it all the time. I take them out to wash it and unlatch them and tip them forward when I have to leave it outside overnight. The water gets in at the seams and the plastic base also doesn't get enough foam around it to keep it from tearing small holes in the rear back of them. I was going to try seam sealer for tents on mine. Glad you said something, I almost forgot to try this before we headed out on a trip soon.

I think I'll give it a shot and see what happens. Not sure how to get them dry first so I don't trap water in them, but i'll figure something out. I post again with the result.

Best thing is to use a black towel on it and leave it in the sun. The heat will actually leech the moisture toward the hottest dry surface. OR maybe a garbage bag full of rice! LOL Crazy enough to work. How many silica packets can you get??

They are black so leaving them in the sun for a few days will work fine. That's what I do.

I formulated a new plan, of which I have yet to implement. I am going to take the seats out, and take off the seat covers. This does not appear too difficult as they seem to just be stapled to the seat bottom. I am then going to take some Flexseal to the inside of said seat cover. Is this going to be a brilliant idea and keep the water out of my seats, or will it fail miserably and lead me to paying considerably more money to have them recovered? Only time will tell.

Why not just slip a big wheely bin/garbage/trash bin bag over the seat before you wash the buggy?

MN rains a lot, I would put some more material over the very rear edge of the plastic pan when you do it. If you feel back there, you will notice how easy it can tear the seat cover. let us know how it goes.
