Lift Kit ($50 Project with Minor Modifications)
« on: September 28, 2015, 02:28:16 PM »
Have heard several parts for the rzr 800 and 800s will fit on the zforces. Can you confirm what things will work or work with a little modding to fit?

I have seen this lift kit used on the 600 and the 800 pics only I'm thinking of trying it

I tried it and it does work with some modification on my z6 non ex. the pics I saw where on a z6 ex model which I thought the a arms would be the same but they are not. So the lift looks like it works great on the z6 ex I don't recommend it for the z6 non ex like  mine unless you don't mind a little grinding even with having to do the mods it works and its still only 50 bucks

about 2.25 inches with the lift the front went on great no problems but the on the back one of the brackets on each wheel i had to cut about .5 in off each side of it to make it fit because of how the brake line runs i didnt want it to rub on it i can get some pics later if you would like

Here are some pics one of the front one of the back should be able to tell which is which the back is the narrow one because I had to cut it down to make it fit the end result was 1ft of ground clearance with the 28 in tires

Wow I like the way it looks I'll be ordering them next pay ($50 over $325 is a no brainer for me even if you need to mod it a little). Thanks for posting the pictures...

we should get this topic moved to the Z6 area so people will see it. Might want to start a new tread labeled "lift kit". $50 is very doable and even the 2" kit they offer would help alot so I can take the peload off of max.

I think that's a good idea. This really shouldn't be under a vender area anyway. Jason or SuperATV will have to do it though as I can't.

Jason, Whatcha think? :)

Lift kit is on only took it out for a 5 mile test run but loved it; I would always bottom out on the wash outs but DID NOT this time (that 2.5" made a big difference) and for $50 Buck. I only had to trim about 1/4" off the top corner on the rear just so it would clear the nut on the brake bracket.

looks good now throw some 28s on there lol. I opted to cut a little more off the back so I could put the brake line behind the lift for protection. Looks good though
