My Cmoto rancher 600 started indicating it was overheating. Light came on and gauge went to red. Loaded it up and took it to dealer (last year), he drove it around for several days, said it never indicated overheating. Have driven it quite a bit with no overheating problem until yesterday. It is again overheating. What circulates water from radiator? Is there a mechanical water pump? Cooling fan? Any suggestions?

Well..yes, they have a water pump and the radiator does have a fan. That fan is controlled by a thermoswitch that has been known to go bad on most all models. I would start by making sure the coolant is full, then test that switch...its on the radiator I believe.
