My rear diff. Had loose bolts and the front bracket had snapped off a mounting bolt. I have been hearing a clunk/popping noise petty much since new. Guess the bolt has been broken for awhile because it was pretty rusty. Ride, fix, repeat it seems lately.

Heard about loose rear Diff bolts on the 800s as well.

They over tightened the bracket bolts then didn't tighten the bolts through the diff. I had to use a screwdriver through the oil filter, than a pry bar to get it loose. I'm going to hold off buying another one of there machines in light of my string of defects.

I was able to drill out the threads and put it back together. The bracket bolts were too long to start with and the tips hit the upper section of the bracket before seating. This jammed them and bent the bracket up.
