throttle body

Today I was cleaning air box and noticed that baterfly from throttle body is dont fully open when I press the throttle. Is this normal or what?
I have a Cforce 450 AU-l 2015

They do that on some for break-in. It now needs to be adjusted to open fully. Look at the thumb lever to see if the stop is there. If not, its on the TB somewhere.  Also while there, swab that throat with a Q-tip to ensure there is no dust getting by the filter. Most all CFM stock filter let dust by..killing the engines.

Yes there is a bump on TB but Im not sure if it will be good if I cut it. I found that this TB is with reduced power. Im not sure if gona be problem with ecu, maybe its not programing to work with more than 70% of open throttle. I dont now what to do.

Check this out if you haven't seen it yet. You can pull your sparkplug and see if your running too lean also. I would think you will be fine.

Next vikend I gona try this mod, but Im not sure if I do and  mod with variator and shims.

Just try the throttle for now and when you have to do belt maintenance, check the shims.

I knocked the tang of the throttle body today and boy dose it make a difference I now get 60+ mph were before I only got 45-50 the only thing is it judders at top speed I expect that's down to the cvt shims still in not allowing the cvt to fully close up for maximum speed
