How do I remove the limiter when going reverse?

I'm sure like the 800s, the reverse limiter isn't included with the over ride switch for safety reasons. I have not reviewed the wiring diagram on the 1000s to confirm whether or not they are wired the same but feel free to. And if so, my video in the How Tos will assist you.

Welcome. I just reviewed the wiring diagram on the Z1000 and they use the same system but...the ECM is different in that they use a single plug. Same Skyblue/white wire except it is on the L1 position. That's row-1, position L. You will need the manual to ID it.
