Springs and oil filter

So a couple questions. Time for my first oil change and I’d like to see what brands you guys are using. Part # if possible. And aftermarket heavy duty springs. Looking for dual spring setup. Wanting more clearance. Thanks.

Sense you are still under a warranty I would stay with the CFM oil filter. And I would after that ends as well. You can get them from Alpha-Sports.com. Oil- If you are less then 600 miles I would go one more before going to a synthetic. I like Castrol products and they make a great 10w40 that's just fine. Then their power RS or Power1 is an excellent choice for the synthetic.

Springs...well not much out there. Contact Bandit or Elka. They are the only ones that I know of that make anything for any CFMoto.

I’m tempted to try the rzr 800 heavy duty springs. For the sole purpose that many of the parts seem to crossover.

Good luck. I tried with my trail and they weren't close enough. Really like the Bandit springs and now I have their front shocks. Great stuff. If it will fit the 800EX it will fit your 1000. Oh..you are the one that needs a manual. I'll send a PM with a link.
