anyone ever us an after market drive belt? been waiting on a OEM Belt for weeks don't think it will arrive anytime soon. Found an ultimax belt looks like it is from Carlisle belts not sure how they are and If I should take a chance?

Most of us do not even bother with the OEM belts as they are way over priced. Yes, Ultimax is now owned by Timkin and does make a quality belt. It is now the preferred replacement for all. Next in line is Gates Carbon but not sure if they make one for the 1000 yet. So..you are safe with the Ultimax. I think we even have a listing for it in our Info center.
