I find that the dash lights on my 2018 zforce 1000 are really distracting at night as they are really bright and reflect on the windshield. Is there a feature I'm missing that allows you to dim them?

I find that the dash lights on my 2018 zforce 1000 are really distracting at night as they are really bright and reflect on the windshield. Is there a feature I'm missing that allows you to dim them?

As I understand it the 2018s+ do have a way to dim the dash pod. It should be in your owner's manual.

On my 2016 I put 20% window tint which helped alot .

Although they don't show a 2018 owners manual they do for the 2019 and starting on page 89 talks about the dash and that you use the ADJ button to control the brightness after selecting that mode. Then it has this for controls:

I have a 2021 Uforce 1000 and you can dim the dash in settings.  Still too bright but you can take it down some, if it is the same on yours

2018 Z1000 here, yeah it's adjustable by cycling through the setting with the left button, but I found it was still to bright at night so I did a layer of 20% also which helped cut the glare a lot.  Still a bit bright at night but I tested and any more tint than that and it gets too hard to see in the daytime
