70kms and I have my first problem

70kms on the machine, I was going over it before a big trip tomorrow when I found coolant on the floor under the machine. It appears to be leaking at the bolt just under the hose. It's not a loose clamp or bolt as I went over them all as soon as I brought the machine home.

That's a new one...I see a little in your weep tube where most leak for a while but not often on one of the cover bolts. Mine seeps a bit on the very bottom bolt...the one with a copper washer as it is a drain...and its very tight..it shouldn't..but it does. Just check all of them..be careful as they are just 6mm bolts and keep the bottle and radiator full.

So I wiped everything down and found that my leak is coming from the drain bolt as well. Must have been on the bolt from driving it yesterday. I topped the coolant up, installed a stereo as we are heading out for a rip tomorrow. Will be my first decent ride on this thing.

So after my ride the other day the coolant leak appears to have stopped. I will continue to monitor it but hopefully it's taken care of itself.
