I have a 2022 950 ho sport at above 45 mph it develops a loud whining noise. Has anyone else noticed this and if so is there a fix for the noise.

Same here on my 2023, it's almost deafening. I'm not aware of any fix for it.

The ring and pinion on my 2015 was set so loosely that it whines worse the faster I go. So much I needed to wear a helmet or ear plugs. It also was developing aluminum glitter in the oil possibility due to a loose pinion nut so I was told by another member. I have not address that yet but..I did start changing the oil very often and went from 75w90 to a 90w140 and that took a lot of the whine out. So you can try that on yours and see.
