Re: Wear on front upper suspension bushings.

So I've replaced the bushings a few times now, I'm on 6300kilometers, 210hours, and it's getting annoying as even after a few hours of fitting new ones they develop play.

My friend also has a farly new 2022 model 950 Sport and he already has lots of play on the driver's side bushings.

Also, the top ones wear out long before the bottom ones wear out.

I stumbed across these today, and wondered if anyone had tried them yet?

Give them a try and let us know. Usually a pure polyurethane bushing is way better then the cheap yellow plastic CFM used but a self-lubricating material like delron lasts even longer. Unfortunately none of the major names that use it, make any for CFM that I know of so we are stuck with whatever we can get. Garage Products used an even better material that is said to never wear out but they quit making them for CFM. Bummer. I had adapted ASR's delron bushings for the RzR but after 2K miles my rear knuckle bushings wore out thanks to my wheel spacers and instead of modifying another set I just bought a set of CFM's..(can't believe I did that..). At least they were their better Black ones not the yellows.

Yes I'm ordering a set tomorrow.  Bit expensive for me to order out here in Spain, 40 USD shipping and will likely have Spanish VAT and customs charges too so will probably be over 200 USD for a set of 8 bushings (!!!).  At that price the crap CF moto black ones are still appealing.  We really need a European distributor for them, if anyone knows of one PLEASE let us all know.
