Found my wiring harness was rubbing into the front engine mount. It's the main harness that runs along the passenger side - behind the passenger seat.

I'm trying to get my hands on a wiring diagram. In the meantime, just looking to identify what 2 of the 3 damaged wires are for to make sure everything is operating as it should.

There is a light blue wire & green / black wire I'm not sure about. The red/yellow goes to the voltage regulator and is the only wire I can identify so far.
If anyone can provide me with the diagram or assist with identifying the wires it would be greatly appreciated.

What year is your ZForce and exactly which model do you have?  The Gen2 ZForce 950 Trail and 950 Sport use the same wire harness as the Gen2 800 Trail and I have the Service Manual with wiring diagrams.  Unfortunately the wire diagrams don't identify any of the wires by color and they're printed in the manual in 11x17" sheets making them extremely difficult to read.  I've tried blowing them up a bit (for my aging eyes) but haven't had a lot of success.  The originals are in pretty low resolution so blowing them up generally produces a fuzzy diagram.

Unfortunately the wire diagrams don't identify any of the wires by color

The colors are shown in the wiring diagram.  The colors are listed next to the connectors.  So the best thing to do is find the nearest connector and go from there.

The wiring diagram you provided is for A 2022 950 ho.  Is that diagram the same for the 2023 950 Gen 2 Sport?  Love the forum, thanks
