Wanted to let everyone know that it appears the pedal recall went a little further than cf moto first thought.  I got a letter in the mail today to take it in.

My hood pins are really tight so I could see this being an issue. 

Mine is hard to get off as well.  Luckily I haven't broke it yet.  I will try to lube the grommet to see if that helps.  Thanks for the post.

Amazing what a little silicone grease...or some dry lube like graphite...will do for stuff like that.

 I did the lube the pins trick and it worked great, until I wanted to see how fast my 950 would go and when I hit about 65 the hood flew off, so be careful LOL
