Currently in the break in stage of this shiny new toy. Once I am done I need a bit more ground clearance. What do y'all think and why? Currently in the break in stage of this shiny new toy. Once I am done I need a bit more ground clearance. What do y'all think and why?

Looks good. Personally I would leave it alone for the first thousand miles or two just to get a feel of how it was designed and what it really needs for my application. Maybe go up one size on tires and maybe a preload adjustment.. but that's it for a while.

Some of it like this one you won't need anything:

Some of it may be a bit tight for a 4-seater but still do-able:

Some of it might be best to leave for others...lol:

Oh I know, I have run their trails in jeeps. That's why I think I need some more belly clearance, The question is, how much. I can play the drivetrain safe with 30s  or I can get more meat with 32s.

Going to depend on how much power and reliability you are willing to loose. Me I would keep as much as possible and go up one size in tires and just invest in some aluminum belly armor. :) Need it anyway.

I was actually wondering about that, I haven't been under it yet. But it looks like they come with some protection from the factory, or is that all plastic?

It will have plastic skids but they will break-up with enough impacts. Run it for a while..might as well get some use out of them. Although I put steel armor rock guards on the outer rocker panels on mine I still have the OE plastic center skids on mine. Been working just fine for me. But I do tend to avoid "boulder-walking".
