Connections Under Front Access Cover

Can someone tell me what the connections under the front access cover are? I highlighted them in red in the attached photo.

The 2 left ones connect together and then that box to the left of the connectors "ACC B+ B-" will be powered for accessories and such. The B- is ground, B+ is constant 12V, and ACC is only powered when ignition switch turned on.

Not completely sure about that connector on the right. It could possibly be for hooking up a horn. You would need the dash switch to activate it.
