Does moving up from 29s on the Z950 HO Ex to 32's void transmission and engine warranty?  This will put a fair bit more strain on the buggy.

It can. It will depend on the wording of your warranty so consult it first. Or this may be a question better asked to your dealer. In many cases in the US, larger tires are a valid reason to void a warranty.

When I go to 29's on my CForce 1000, I will assume I have no warranty from that point forward.

I also know that I will need a full clutch adjustment when I go to the bigger tires.
